   How do you calculate repair costs?

   We evaluate timber damage from clear photographs and timber measurements. Your quote details collection, materials, joinery hours and finishing. That total is fixed. We do not charge call-out fees for initial photo assessments.

   Can you complete repairs inside my home or flat?

   Minor scratch touch-ups and hardware realignment can happen on-site in Edinburgh. Structural glueing, full veneer clamping and spray or shellac finishing take place in our Forth Street workshop to maintain controlled temperature and dust extraction.

   When and how do I pay for the work?

   Payment is made strictly after completion. Once we return the furniture to your home and you inspect the joints and finish, you can pay the driver via cash on delivery or submit a bank transfer immediately on site.

   What happens if a reglued chair joint loosens again?

   All joinery repairs include our 12-month structural warranty. If any joint fixed in our workshop separates or wobbles during normal domestic use within that period, we collect and rebuild the frame at zero cost to you.
