1. Cancellation window
Notify us by phone or email 24 hours prior to the job for a zero-cost cancellation. Short-notice dropouts cover actual timber or materials purchased, as quoted.
2. Rescheduling
Shift your booking date at no extra fee. Next available workshop slots provided within one business day.
3. Refund eligibility criteria
Full repayments apply if we cancel work, fail to complete agreed specs, or produce substandard repairs that our team cannot correct promptly.
- Cancellations made 24 hours prior to scheduled collection incur no fee.
- Deposits paid for custom sourced rare timber are non-refundable once materials have been purchased from suppliers.
- If work has already commenced in our workshop, the client is billed only for bench hours completed to date.
4. Submit a refund request
- Call us directly at our Forth Street workshop or reply to your booking email.
- State your quote reference number and requested new collection date.
- Receive written confirmation of the cancellation or rescheduled date within four working hours.
5. Timeline
Any due refunds are paid via direct bank transfer within five business days of cancellation confirmation.
